Q. Why is there a 100mm gap required against the boundry?
A . The water runoff will require somewhere to go without flowing in the neighbour’s property therefor the 100mm gap provides this.
Due to our weather and environment fences may get damaged and need to be replaced. Without leaving the 100mm gap this would be very difficult.
What to do with the gap?
It looks nice with quarts or Riverstone in it - we can provide this for you.
Another nice touch is adding low maintenance succulents or plants.
